Service Description
A private, one-to-one consultation for men considering a non-surgical hair replacement system. Amy will assess your natural hair, scalp and required coverage before discussing suitable system sizes, base constructions and attachment options. We will also consider your lifestyle, preferred hairstyle, maintenance commitment and whether you are comfortable with any required shaving. Your preferred colour, density, texture, hairline and finished style will be discussed, along with the expected system cost, initial fitting process, homecare and ongoing maintenance schedule. This is an honest, pressure-free appointment designed to help you understand whether a men’s hair system is suitable for you and what wearing one realistically involves. The £30 consultation fee can be redeemed against a new men’s hair system ordered through Spectrum Hair Boutique within 30 days. It cannot be used against maintenance, refits, repairs, removals or retail products. This is a cosmetic hair replacement consultation and does not diagnose or medically treat the cause of hair loss.
Cancellation Policy
The Men’s Hair System Consultation is a private cosmetic hair replacement assessment. It does not provide a medical diagnosis or treatment for the cause of hair loss. The £30 fee covers up to 45 minutes for assessment, suitability discussions, system recommendations, colour and style planning, maintenance guidance and preparation of a quotation. It may be redeemed against a new men’s hair system ordered through Spectrum Hair Boutique within 30 days. The consultation credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be used against maintenance appointments, refits, repairs, removals, retail products or unrelated salon services. Booking a consultation does not guarantee suitability for a particular system or attachment method. Recommendations depend on the condition of your scalp and natural hair, coverage requirements, lifestyle, allergies or sensitivities, desired result, budget and ability to maintain the system safely. You must disclose relevant hair or scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medication, recent surgery or medical treatment and any previous reactions to tapes, adhesives or professional hair products. Active irritation, infection, inflammation, broken skin or unexplained sudden hair loss may require medical advice before a cosmetic system can be offered. Please arrive with your natural hair and scalp clean, dry and free from fibres, root sprays, heavy oils, adhesive residue and excessive styling products wherever possible. The consultation does not include shaving, creating a template, ordering, fitting, cutting, attachment testing, removal or maintenance unless specifically stated. Any required sensitivity testing must be completed before an adhesive fitting. Quotes are based on the system size, base, colour, density, length and attachment method discussed. Changes to these specifications may alter the final price. No system will be ordered until the specifications have been approved, the relevant agreement accepted and the required payment has cleared. Hair systems are cosmetic products and no attachment method is completely maintenance-free. Longevity and security vary according to the selected base, attachment method, lifestyle, scalp oils, homecare and maintenance attendance. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the consultation time or require rescheduling. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s general booking and no-show policies.
