Service Description
The exciting first fitting and transformation appointment for your new men’s hair system. Amy will prepare your natural hair and scalp, remove bio-hair from the agreed attachment area where required, and professionally position and secure your system using the attachment method selected during your consultation. Your new system will then be cut, shaped and blended with your natural hair to create a personalised hairline and finished style. The appointment includes essential homecare guidance, advice on living with and styling your system, and confirmation of your recommended maintenance schedule. The £150 fitting fee covers scalp preparation, initial application, cutting, blending and styling. It does not include the cost of the hair system, additional colour work, repairs, alterations outside the approved specification or future maintenance. This service is for new men’s systems ordered or approved by Spectrum Hair Boutique. Please only book once Amy has confirmed that your system is ready.
Cancellation Policy
This appointment is for the initial fitting and cut-in of a new men’s hair system ordered or approved by Spectrum Hair Boutique. The £150 fee covers up to two hours and 30 minutes for scalp and natural hair preparation, removal of bio-hair from the agreed attachment area where required, initial application, cutting, blending, styling and aftercare guidance. The hair system, colour work, repairs, major alterations and future maintenance are charged separately. Your appointment can only proceed once the system has arrived, been inspected and all required payments have cleared. Any required adhesive sensitivity testing must also be completed before fitting. You must disclose allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, medication and any previous reactions to tapes, adhesives or professional products. Active irritation, infection, inflammation, broken skin or excessive sensitivity may require the fitting to be postponed. Shaving or reducing the natural hair within the attachment area may be required. The proposed area will be discussed before removal begins. By proceeding, you consent to the agreed preparation and understand that natural regrowth will require removal during maintenance appointments. Cutting a hair system is permanent. The proposed hairline, length and style will be agreed before cutting. Once system hair has been cut, it cannot be restored to its original length. Results will be tailored to the selected system, natural hair and facial features; an exact copy of an inspiration photograph cannot be guaranteed. No adhesive method is completely maintenance-free. Security and longevity vary according to scalp oils, lifestyle, perspiration, homecare, attachment products and maintenance attendance. Please arrive on time with your scalp and natural hair clean and free from fibres, oils and heavy styling products. Late arrival may reduce the work that can be completed or require rescheduling. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s general booking and no-show policies. By booking, you confirm that your system is ready, your approved specifications are correct and you understand that the system and fitting are separately charged.
