Service Description
Complete routine maintenance for your professionally attached men’s hair system. Your system will be carefully removed before attachment residue is cleansed from both the system and scalp. Your natural hair and scalp will be professionally washed and prepared, with bio-hair regrowth removed from the agreed attachment area where required. The system will be cleansed, checked and prepared before fresh attachment products are applied and the system is securely repositioned. Your appointment is completed with a quick tidy-up, blending check and finished style. The £120 price covers routine removal and refitting taking up to two hours. It does not include a replacement system, full restyle, major haircut, colour work, repairs or correction of damage caused by overdue maintenance or attempted home removal.
Cancellation Policy
This service is for routine removal and refitting of a men’s hair system fitted or approved by Spectrum Hair Boutique. The £120 fee covers up to two hours for system removal, routine adhesive-residue removal, cleansing of the scalp and system, removal of bio-hair regrowth from the agreed attachment area, fresh application, secure repositioning, blending checks and a quick tidy-up and style. The price does not include a replacement system, extensive adhesive removal, repairs, colour work, knot sealing, additional hair, major cutting, a complete restyle or correction of damage caused by overdue maintenance, unsuitable products or attempted home removal. Additional work may require another appointment and charge. Clients must attend within the maintenance schedule recommended for their base and attachment method. Delaying a refit can cause adhesive breakdown, residue transfer, odour, movement, matting, scalp irritation and deterioration of the system base. Please do not lift, peel, cut, glue or reposition the system at home unless Amy has provided specific instructions. Problems with security, discomfort or adhesive breakdown should be reported promptly. You must disclose changes to medication, allergies, sensitivities or scalp health. Active irritation, infection, inflammation, broken skin or a suspected adhesive reaction may require the service to be adapted or postponed. Sensitivities can develop even where attachment products have previously been tolerated. Burning, swelling, persistent itching or unusual discomfort must be reported promptly. Medical assistance should be sought for a severe reaction. The condition and remaining lifespan of a hair system cannot be guaranteed at every refit. Hair and base materials naturally deteriorate through wear, washing, heat, lifestyle and repeated attachment. If the system is no longer suitable for safe reapplication, replacement or repair may be recommended. Systems supplied elsewhere require prior inspection and approval. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee the quality, fit, lifespan or performance of externally supplied systems. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the maintenance or styling that can be completed or require rescheduling. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s general policies.
