Service Description
The next step in creating your bespoke Signature Scalp or Spectrum Halo system. During this private appointment, Amy will create a precision fibreglass cast of your scalp and map the exact coverage, system boundaries and hairline required. Together, you will finalise the important details of your new system, including its length, colour, density, texture, parting, hair direction, base and suitable attachment options. Detailed measurements, photographs and colour references will also be recorded to prepare your individual specifications for production. Please allow up to two hours for this appointment so that every detail can be discussed, designed and recorded without rushing. The £60 fee covers your private casting and design appointment, specialist casting materials, measurements and preparation of your bespoke system specifications. This fee is separate from the manufacture, fitting and future maintenance costs of your finished system and will not be deducted from the system balance. This appointment is only available after completing a Private Hair Loss & Hair Solutions Consultation and receiving confirmation that Signature Scalp or Spectrum Halo is a suitable option.
Cancellation Policy
This specialist appointment is available only after a Private Hair Loss & Hair Solutions Consultation and confirmation that Signature Scalp or Spectrum Halo is a potentially suitable option. The £60 fee covers up to two hours of specialist appointment time, scalp-casting materials, measurements, design discussions and preparation of your bespoke system specifications. It is separate from the manufacture, fitting and maintenance costs of the finished system and will not be deducted from your system balance. Please arrive with clean, dry and fully detangled hair, free from fibres, root sprays, heavy oils, adhesive residue and excessive styling products. Existing extensions, integrations, systems or attachments must be disclosed before booking and may need to be removed through a separately booked service before an accurate cast can be created. You must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, active scalp conditions, broken skin, inflammation, infection, recent surgery, medical treatment or anything else that could affect casting or system suitability. Spectrum Hair Boutique may postpone or decline casting if the scalp is not in a suitable condition. Where appropriate, medical or trichological advice may be recommended before proceeding. The casting process requires the client to remain reasonably still and follow positioning instructions. Significant movement or failure to follow guidance can affect the accuracy of the cast. If another appointment and new materials are required because an accurate cast could not be completed, an additional casting fee may apply. During the appointment, you will be asked to approve details including coverage, boundaries, hairline, parting, length, colour, texture, density, hair direction, base and attachment preferences. Please check these details carefully. Changes requested after specifications have been approved or production has begun may not be possible and could incur additional manufacturing, alteration, delivery or recasting costs. Casting does not guarantee that an order will be submitted on the same day. Further information, supplier confirmation, suitability checks, signed agreements or payment may be required. No bespoke system will be ordered until the final specifications have been approved and the required system payment has been received.
