Service Description
The final stage of your Signature Scalp or Spectrum Halo journey—where your individually created system is professionally fitted and transformed into your finished style. During this private appointment, Amy will prepare your natural hair and scalp, position and secure your new system using the previously agreed attachment method, and carefully assess its fit and comfort. Your system will then be professionally cut, shaped and blended with your natural hair to create a seamless, personalised result. The appointment is completed with your chosen finished style, essential homecare advice and guidance on your future maintenance schedule. Please allow up to three hours so your fitting, cutting and finished style can be completed carefully without rushing. The £200 fee covers the initial application, personalised cutting, blending, styling and fitting guidance. It does not include the cost of your bespoke system, additional colouring, major alterations or future maintenance appointments. This service is exclusively for clients whose Signature Scalp or Spectrum Halo system has been ordered through Spectrum Hair Boutique and confirmed as ready for fitting.
Cancellation Policy
This service is exclusively for the initial fitting of a new Signature Scalp or Spectrum Halo system ordered through Spectrum Hair Boutique. It is not suitable for maintenance, refitting, repairs or systems supplied by another provider. The £200 fitting fee covers up to three hours for natural hair and scalp preparation, initial application, positioning, cutting, blending, styling and essential aftercare guidance. It does not include the cost of the bespoke system, additional colouring, alterations outside the approved specification or future maintenance. Your fitting can only proceed once the system has arrived, been checked by Spectrum Hair Boutique and all required system payments have cleared. Please do not book until Amy has confirmed that your system is ready. You must disclose any changes to your health, medication, allergies, scalp condition, hair loss, natural hair or chosen attachment method since casting. Active irritation, broken skin, infection, inflammation or a significant change in the coverage area may require the fitting to be postponed, adapted or reassessed. Where adhesives or tapes are used, suitability and any required sensitivity testing must be completed before application. Any itching, burning, swelling or unusual discomfort following fitting must be reported promptly. Medical advice should be sought for a severe reaction. Cutting a bespoke system is permanent. The proposed length, shape and style will be agreed before cutting begins. Once the system hair has been cut, it cannot be restored to its original length. Results will be personalised to your system, natural hair, density, facial features and approved specifications. An exact copy of an inspiration photograph cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations in colour, density, texture and finish may occur because bespoke systems are handmade using human hair. The client is responsible for following all homecare, product and maintenance guidance. System longevity cannot be guaranteed where incorrect products, excessive heat, overdue maintenance, unauthorised alterations or unsuitable home-removal methods are used. Additional colour work, major alterations, repairs or replacement attachment materials not included in the initial fitting may require another appointment and charge. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the cutting or styling time available or require the appointment to be rescheduled. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair
