Cancellation Policy

This service is for the initial fitting of a mesh or meshless Crown & Volume Integration combining a topper or closure with up to approximately 100g of additional wefted hair. It may only be booked following a Hair Loss & Hair Solutions Consultation and confirmation from Amy that this is the correct fitting level. The £295 fee covers up to four hours for bespoke foundation construction, topper integration, installation of the agreed wefted rows, personalised cutting, blending and professional styling. The topper, weft hair, specialist colour work, alterations, repairs and future maintenance are priced separately. Your fitting can only proceed once all required hair has arrived, been inspected and the relevant payments have cleared. Please do not book until Spectrum Hair Boutique confirms that everything is ready. You must disclose any changes to your health, medication, allergies, scalp condition, hair loss or natural hair since consultation. Active irritation, infection, inflammation, broken skin, excessive shedding or a significant change to the coverage area may require the fitting to be postponed, adapted or reassessed. Please follow all preparation instructions provided. Unless advised otherwise, arrive with clean, dry and fully detangled hair, free from fibres, root sprays, heavy oils and excessive product build-up. The amount and positioning of wefted hair will be determined by the strength of your natural hair, required coverage and desired result. The “up to approximately 100g” description is a fitting category and does not guarantee that every client can safely support or requires the full amount. If more extensive coverage or additional hair is required, the appointment may need to be upgraded to Extended Coverage Integration and rescheduled. The difference in fitting price and the cost of additional hair will apply. The topper position, coverage, hairline, length, density and finished shape will be agreed before fitting and cutting. Cutting topper or extension hair is permanent and cannot be reversed. Results will be personalised to your natural hair, selected additional hair and facial features; an exact copy of an inspiration photograph cannot be guaranteed. Clients must follow all homecare and maintenance guidance. Delayed maintenance can contribute to matting, tension, slippage, attachment damage and unnecessary stress on the natural hair.
