Service Description
A complete removal and refitting appointment for Crown & Volume mesh or meshless integration systems combining a topper or closure with up to approximately 100g of wefted hair. The topper, wefted rows and existing foundation will be carefully removed before your natural hair and scalp are thoroughly cleansed and checked. Your topper and weft hair will be professionally cleansed, conditioned and prepared before the foundation is reconstructed and the complete system securely refitted. Your appointment is completed with blending checks and a professional blow-dry and finished style. The £250 price covers routine maintenance taking up to four hours and 30 minutes. Extensive matting, repairs, replacement hair, colour work, major alterations and overdue corrective maintenance are charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
This service is for routine maintenance of a Crown & Volume mesh or meshless integration combining a topper or closure with up to approximately 100g of wefted hair. Please only book this service if Crown & Volume Integration was confirmed during your initial fitting. The £250 fee covers up to four hours and 30 minutes for routine removal, natural hair and scalp cleansing, cleansing of the topper and weft hair, foundation reconstruction, refitting, blending checks and professional styling. The price does not include extensive matting or detangling, repairs, replacement components, additional hair, colour work, corrective cutting, major alterations or damage caused by overdue maintenance, unsuitable products or attempted home removal. Additional work may require extra time, another appointment and an additional charge. Clients must attend within the maintenance schedule recommended by Amy. Delayed maintenance can lead to matting, residue build-up, attachment breakdown, slippage, discomfort and unnecessary tension on the natural hair. If maintenance is significantly overdue, the appointment may be extended, upgraded or rescheduled. Please do not remove, lift, cut, glue or alter the topper, foundation or wefted rows at home. Any movement, discomfort, matting or attachment breakdown should be reported promptly. You must disclose changes to your health, medication, allergies, scalp condition or hair loss. Active irritation, infection, inflammation, broken skin or excessive shedding may require maintenance to be adapted or postponed. The condition and remaining lifespan of the topper, weft hair and foundation cannot be guaranteed at every appointment. Human hair and attachment materials naturally deteriorate through wear, washing, heat, environmental exposure and repeated refitting. Repair or replacement may be recommended if any component is no longer suitable for safe reuse. Systems or hair supplied elsewhere must be inspected and approved before booking. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee the quality, lifespan, colour stability or performance of externally supplied hair. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may prevent all stages from being completed and could require rescheduling. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s general policies. By booking, you confirm that this is your correct maintenance level and understand that additional or corrective work is charged separately.
