Service Description
Refresh the tone, shine and overall appearance of your existing colour without adding highlights or using bleach. This appointment includes ONE toner or gloss formulation applied to your existing hair colour, followed by shampooing, conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. A toner can neutralise unwanted warmth, refine an existing shade, deepen the colour or add gloss. It cannot lighten your natural hair or previously coloured hair. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: • Bleach or lightening • Highlights, lowlights or foils • Root smudging or root colour • Grey-root coverage • Multiple toner formulations • Colour correction • Removal of artificial colour • A complete haircut restyle The £60 price represents the average product required. Long, thick, highly porous or extension hair may require additional toner. Any additional product mixed will be charged from £10. A valid allergy alert test and colour consultation record are required.
Cancellation Policy
This service includes ONE toner or gloss formulation applied to refresh the tone and shine of your existing hair colour. It includes shampooing, conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. It does not include bleach, lightening, highlights, lowlights, foils, balayage, root smudging, permanent root colour, grey coverage, multiple toner formulations, vivid colour, colour correction or artificial-colour removal. Toner deposits or adjusts tone. It cannot lighten natural hair, remove permanent colour or create blonde results on hair that has not already been lightened. If your hair requires bleaching before toning, you must book the appropriate blonding service. The £60 price is based on the average amount of toner required. Long, thick, highly porous or extension hair may require additional product. Extra toner mixed beyond the standard allowance is charged in measured increments from £10. Your final price will reflect the total product used. Where different areas require separate formulations to correct uneven colour or banding, the appointment may need to be changed to a corrective or multi-formula colour service. The included trim is for maintaining your existing length and shape. A significant change in length, layers or style requires a restyle appointment. A valid allergy alert test is compulsory. You must disclose allergies, medication changes, scalp conditions, previous reactions, home colour, henna, metallic salts, recent chemical treatments and your complete colour history. Toner results and longevity vary according to your starting shade, porosity, condition, washing frequency, products, heat and environmental exposure. An exact tone or lifespan cannot be guaranteed. Extensions or hair systems must be disclosed before booking and may require prior assessment. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee the response of additional hair supplied by another provider. Please upload a current hair photograph where requested. Late arrival may reduce the trim or finish or require rescheduling. General cancellation and no-show policies apply. By booking, you confirm that you require a toner or gloss refresh only and do not require bleach, lightening, foils, root colour or colour correction.
