Service Description
A full-day corrective appointment for extensive, complex or multi-stage colour work that cannot safely or realistically be completed as a standard colour service. This may include: • Significant dark-to-light transformations • Removing or reducing heavy box-dye build-up • Widespread banding or multiple uneven colour zones • Major unwanted-colour correction • Vivid or heavily pigmented colour removal • Correcting previous bleach or colour applications • A combination of colour removal, lightening, tinting and toning Up to seven hours is reserved for your transformation. Amy will use the techniques and products considered safest and most appropriate for your hair. The service includes the agreed corrective work, shampooing, conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. Prices start from £350. The final price may increase depending on the amount of colour remover, lightener, colour, toner, treatments and other products required, along with the complexity and total time taken. A full-day booking does not guarantee your final target shade in one session. Some corrections require several appointments to preserve the hair’s condition. Cancellation Policy
This service reserves up to seven hours for a major colour correction approved by Amy following consultation and testing. Clients must not select the correction level themselves. A Complete Colour Consultation, valid allergy alert test and satisfactory strand testing are compulsory. The appointment cannot proceed if testing has not been completed or the hair or scalp is unsuitable. Prices start from £350. The starting price provides the reserved appointment time and an average product allowance. The final price may increase according to the complexity and amount of colour remover, lightener, colour, toner, bond support, conditioning treatments and other products required. You must disclose your complete hair history, including salon colour, box dye, bleach, toners, vivid dyes, henna, metallic salts, colour removers, smoothing treatments and medication changes. Undisclosed chemical history can cause unpredictable reactions and may make it unsafe to continue. Major colour correction is unpredictable. Strand tests provide guidance but cannot guarantee that every section will respond identically. Complete artificial-colour removal, an exact target shade or completion in one day cannot be guaranteed. Hair integrity takes priority. Amy may amend the plan, reduce the amount of lightening or stop the service if continuing could result in excessive damage, scalp injury or breakage. Further appointments may be necessary. The service includes a maintenance trim and professional finish. A major haircut restyle is not included unless separately agreed. The seven-hour appointment is a maximum allocation, not a guarantee that every requested process can be completed. Please arrive on time and follow all preparation instructions. Late arrival reduces the correction time available and may require rescheduling. Because a full working day is reserved, the required booking payment must be received before confirmation. General cancellation and no-show policies apply. By booking, you accept that £350 is a starting price, corrective results cannot be guaranteed and several appointments may be required.
