Service Description
A specialist repair appointment for a small, isolated issue affecting a mesh or meshless integration system. This appointment may be suitable for: • Securing a small loosened foundation section • Replacing a small number of attachment rings • Repairing limited loose stitching • Securing a small lifted topper edge • Checking one area causing minor discomfort THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: • Full system removal or refitting • Foundation reconstruction • Topper cleansing • Scalp cleansing or blow-drying • Weft-row removal or refitting • Extensive matting or detangling • Replacement hair, topper or system components • Correcting overdue maintenance Upload a clear photograph showing the affected area. Amy will confirm whether a minor repair is appropriate or whether your system requires full maintenance. The £50 fee covers up to 30 minutes of specialist repair work. Additional time, materials or maintenance are charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
This service covers up to 30 minutes for a minor, isolated repair to a mesh or meshless integration system fitted or approved by Spectrum Hair Boutique. A clear photograph of the affected area must be uploaded when booking. Amy must confirm that the problem is suitable for a minor repair before the appointment is approved. The £50 price does not include complete system removal, foundation reconstruction, scalp or system cleansing, topper removal, weft refitting, extensive detangling, replacement hair, colour work or overdue routine maintenance. If several areas have loosened, the foundation has grown down, matting is present or the system is due for maintenance, a complete Removal, Cleanse & Refit must be booked instead. A minor repair must not be used to repeatedly postpone required maintenance. If the work exceeds 30 minutes, it may be limited, charged additionally or rescheduled under the correct service. Repairs caused by overdue maintenance, unsuitable homecare, cutting, pulling, attempted home adjustment, unauthorised alterations or accidental damage are chargeable. Systems fitted elsewhere require assessment. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee another provider’s construction, attachment method, hair quality or continued system performance. Do not glue, cut, sew or reposition the system yourself. Report pain, excessive tension, scalp irritation, matting or sudden movement promptly. Continuing to wear an unsafe or loose system can place unnecessary stress on the natural hair. Late arrival reduces the repair time available. General cancellation and no-show policies apply. By booking, you understand that this is a maximum 30-minute minor repair and not a substitute for complete system maintenance.
