Service Description
A half-day corrective appointment for a smaller or more localised colour problem that Amy has confirmed can reasonably be addressed within four hours. This may include: • Correcting unwanted or overly warm tones • Improving smaller areas of banding • Balancing limited uneven or patchy colour • Removing or adjusting a moderate artificial-colour build-up • Correcting a previous colour result that requires more than toner alone The appointment may involve professional colour removal, lightening, tinting, toning, treatments or a combination of techniques selected specifically for your hair. This service includes the agreed corrective work, shampooing, conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. Prices start from £180. The final price may change depending on the amount of lightener, colour, toner and treatment products used, the techniques required and the total appointment time. A half-day booking does not guarantee complete correction or the final desired shade in one appointment. Further sessions may be required to protect the condition of your hair. Cancellation Policy
This service provides up to four hours for a minor or localised colour correction approved by Amy following consultation and testing. Clients must not select the correction level themselves. A Complete Colour Consultation, valid allergy alert test and satisfactory strand test are compulsory. The appointment cannot proceed if testing has not been completed or if the hair or scalp is unsuitable. Prices start from £180. The starting price is based on a correction that can reasonably be completed within four hours using an average product allowance. The final price may increase according to the techniques required and the amount of colour remover, lightener, colour, toner, treatments and other products used. You must disclose your complete hair history, including salon colour, box dye, bleach, toners, vivid dyes, henna, metallic salts, colour removers, smoothing treatments and medication changes. Undisclosed history can cause unpredictable reactions and may make it unsafe to continue. Colour correction is unpredictable. Strand tests provide guidance but cannot guarantee that every section will respond in the same way. An exact shade, complete removal of unwanted colour or completion in one session cannot be guaranteed. Hair integrity takes priority over the requested result. Amy may alter the plan, stop lightening or recommend further sessions if continuing could cause excessive damage or breakage. The service includes a maintenance trim and blow-dry finish. A significant haircut restyle is not included. Additional time beyond four hours requires another booking and charge. Please follow all preparation instructions and arrive on time. Late arrival reduces the corrective time available and may require rescheduling. The required booking payment must be received before the appointment is confirmed. General cancellation and no-show policies apply. By booking, you accept that £180 is a starting price, results cannot be guaranteed and further corrective appointments may be required.
