Service Description
A full-day maintenance appointment for between 151 and 200 individual nano extensions. Every nano will be removed before your natural hair, scalp and extension hair are professionally cleansed, conditioned and blow-dried. Suitable strands will then be refitted using fresh rings where required. Your appointment is completed with a smooth blow-dry finish and blending check. Repairs, replacement hair, cutting, curling and colour work are not included. This service must be approved by Amy before booking.
Cancellation Policy
This service includes complete removal of the number of individual nano extensions stated in the service title, cleansing and conditioning of the natural hair and suitable extension hair, blow-drying, attachment checks and professional refitting. Please select the correct quantity based on the number of individual nanos currently fitted—not the total weight in grams. If the number exceeds the booked range, the appointment may be repriced, reduced or rescheduled because insufficient time has been reserved. A smooth blow-dry finish and routine blending check are included. Cutting, heated curls, colour work, extensive matting removal, nano-tip repairs, rebonding and replacement extension hair are not included unless separately agreed and charged. Maintenance must be completed within the schedule recommended by Amy. Overdue nanos can cause regrowth matting, tangling, twisting, slipping, residue build-up and unnecessary tension. Severe matting or overdue installations may require removal and refitting on separate days. Every nano will be removed so the natural hair, scalp, nano tips and extension hair can be checked. Only strands remaining in a suitable condition will be cleansed and refitted. Removal of a particular quantity does not guarantee that every strand will be reusable. Human extension hair and nano tips naturally deteriorate through wear, washing, heat, homecare and environmental exposure. Damaged tips, shedding extensions, replacement hair and repair work are charged separately. You must disclose scalp irritation, pain, excessive shedding, breakage, matting, allergies and any changes affecting your hair or scalp. Refitting may be reduced, postponed or declined where continuing could risk further damage. Hair supplied or originally fitted elsewhere must be disclosed and may require assessment before booking. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee the quality, colour stability, lifespan or performance of externally supplied hair. Do not cut, glue, remove or attempt to refit the nanos at home before your appointment. Report pain, excessive tension or sudden shedding promptly. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean the finished styling is reduced, not every strand can be refitted or the appointment must be rescheduled. General cancellation and no-show policies apply. By booking, you confirm that you selected the correct strand range and understand that repairs, replacement hair and corrective work are charged separately.
