Cancellation Policy

This service includes complete removal and professional refitting of the number of individual nano extensions stated in the service title. Washing, blow-drying, cutting, styling, repairs and replacement hair are not included. Please select the correct quantity based on the number of nanos currently fitted—not the weight of the hair. If the number exceeds the booked range, it may not be possible to complete the refit within the allocated time. The appointment may be repriced, reduced or rescheduled. Please arrive with your natural hair and extensions clean, completely dry and fully detangled. If your hair requires washing, book the appropriate Nano Full Maintenance service instead. Maintenance must be completed within the schedule recommended by Amy. Overdue nanos can contribute to regrowth matting, twisting, slipping, tangling, residue build-up and unnecessary tension on the natural hair. Additional detangling or corrective work is charged separately and may require another appointment. Each nano will be removed so the natural hair, scalp, nano tip and extension hair can be checked. Only extensions that remain in a suitable condition will be refitted. The number removed does not guarantee that the same number can safely be reused. Replacement extension hair, damaged nano-tip repairs, rebonding, extensive detangling and correction of attempted home maintenance are not included and will incur additional charges. You must disclose scalp irritation, pain, excessive shedding, breakage, matting, allergies and any changes affecting your hair or scalp. Refitting may be reduced, postponed or declined if continuing could risk damage. Hair supplied or originally fitted elsewhere must be disclosed and may require prior assessment. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee the quality, lifespan, colour stability, shedding or performance of externally supplied hair. Do not remove, cut, glue or attempt to refit nanos before your appointment. Any areas causing pain or excessive tension should be reported promptly. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may prevent every nano from being refitted and could require another charged appointment. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s general booking and no-show policies. By booking, you confirm that you have selected the correct strand range, your hair will arrive clean and dry, and you understand that repairs and replacement hair are charged separately.
