Cancellation Policy

This service covers a straightforward permanent or demi-permanent tint application to up to approximately 2cm of natural root regrowth. It includes shampooing, conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. It does not include scalp bleach, root bleaching, highlights, lowlights, foils, balayage, colour correction, removal of artificial colour or colour application through the lengths and ends. If your regrowth exceeds approximately 2cm, has developed colour banding, or requires more than a standard root application, additional time and product may be needed. The service may be adjusted, charged differently or rescheduled. The included trim is for maintaining your existing length and shape. A significant change in length, layers or style must be booked as a restyle. A valid allergy alert test must be completed according to salon and manufacturer requirements. Failure to attend the required test means the colour service cannot proceed. Previous colour without a reaction does not remove the requirement for current testing. You must disclose allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, medication changes, pregnancy, recent medical treatment, previous colour reactions, home colour use, henna, metallic salts and any other product applied to the hair. Colour results depend on your starting shade, previous colour history, hair condition and percentage of grey. An exact match to an inspiration photograph cannot be guaranteed. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may require the trim or finish to be reduced or the appointment rescheduled. Cancellations and missed appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s general policies. By booking, you confirm that you require tint-only root maintenance and not scalp bleach, lightening, highlights, lowlights or foils.
