Service Description
The Root Smudge & Tone service is designed to refine, soften, and rebalance existing blonde or coloured hair without any lightening or bleach work. This service includes a customised root smudge or shadow root to soften regrowth, followed by a tailored toner or gloss through the mid-lengths and ends to perfect tone, enhance shine, and refresh the overall colour. Ideal for clients who: • Want to soften harsh regrowth • Need a toner refresh between blonding appointments • Feel too bright, warm, or flat and want refinement • Have existing highlights or blonding that does not require lightening This is a colour-only service and does not include any bleaching or foiling. This service does not include any lightening or bleach work. Clients requiring highlights or blonding should book the appropriate blonding service.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can offer the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you read and respect our booking policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment to another client. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the loss of your booking fee. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. This helps us protect both our team and other clients. Please note, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment upfront for all future bookings.
