Lightener is carefully applied to the natural root regrowth before the hair is rinsed and toned using ONE suitable toner formulation. Your appointment is completed with conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. The final price may increase depending on regrowth, hair density, the amount of lightener and toner required, additional product mixed, corrective work and the total appointment time. Regrowth exceeding approximately 2cm, colour banding or an uneven starting point may require a different or corrective colour service. A consultation, allergy alert test and strand test are required before booking.
Cancellation Policy
This service is for an existing scalp-bleach result requiring lightener applied directly to suitable natural root regrowth. It is not a full-head bleaching, foiling, highlighting, balayage or colour-correction service. The service includes one scalp-bleach root application, one toner formulation, shampooing, conditioning, a maintenance trim and professional blow-dry finish. Prices start from £140. The starting price is based on a routine application with suitable regrowth and an average amount of product. The final price may increase according to regrowth, density, product absorption, additional lightener or toner mixed, corrective work and additional appointment time. Any necessary change will be explained before proceeding wherever reasonably possible. Regrowth exceeding approximately 2cm, overlapping colour, banding, home bleaching or an uneven starting point may require a corrective service. The appointment may be adapted, repriced or rescheduled if the booked service is unsuitable. A consultation, valid allergy alert test and satisfactory strand test are required. Testing provides guidance but cannot guarantee that every area will lift evenly or without damage. You must disclose your complete colour and chemical history, including home bleach, colour removers, henna, metallic salts, smoothing treatments and medication changes. Missing or inaccurate information may make it unsafe to proceed. Scalp bleach carries risks including irritation, sensitivity, dryness, breakage and uneven lift. It cannot be applied over broken skin, active inflammation, infection, weeping lesions or significant scalp irritation. Report burning, excessive heat, pain or unusual discomfort immediately during the service. The achievable result depends on your starting level, previous colour, hair condition and ability to lift safely. Platinum or an exact inspiration shade cannot be guaranteed. Additional sessions may be required. The included toner refines the lightened result but will gradually fade. Multiple toners, root smudging or additional corrective formulas are charged separately. The included trim maintains the existing length and shape. A significant change requires a restyle appointment. Follow all preparation instructions provided. Avoid scratching or irritating the scalp before the appointment and arrive with dry hair free from root sprays, fibres, heavy oils and excessive product build-up.
