Give your scalp and hair the ultimate reset with this specialist treatment experience. Your appointment begins with a close-up camera microscope assessment, allowing Amy to examine and record visible product build-up, excess oil, flaking and the condition of your scalp and hair. A professional Malibu C scalp detox treatment is then selected and applied to deeply cleanse the hair and scalp. Gentle steam therapy supports the treatment process while giving you time to relax. After cleansing and conditioning, we will repeat the camera assessment so you can compare the visible before-and-after results. Your experience is completed with a professional blow-dry and your choice of a straight, smooth, bouncy or curled finish. This cosmetic scalp-care service can help remove visible product, oil, mineral and environmental build-up. It does not diagnose or medically treat hair loss or scalp conditions. Please allow up to one hour and 45 minutes. This service is intended for natural hair. Cancellation Policy
The Ultimate Scalp Detox & Microscope Treatment is a cosmetic hair and scalp-care service. Camera microscope images help identify visible features such as product build-up, oil, flaking and the condition of the hair and scalp surface. They do not provide a medical diagnosis or replace advice from a GP, dermatologist or qualified trichologist. You must disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, diagnosed scalp conditions, recent chemical services, medications, pregnancy, active hair loss and any previous reaction to professional hair or scalp products. This treatment cannot be performed over open wounds, broken or bleeding skin, suspected infection, severe inflammation, weeping lesions or any condition that could be aggravated by cleansing, products or steam. Spectrum Hair Boutique may adapt, postpone or decline treatment where proceeding would be unsuitable. Medical advice may be recommended before rebooking. Please arrive with your hair reasonably detangled. Avoid applying heavy oils, fibres, root sprays or temporary colour products immediately before the appointment unless they form part of the build-up you would like assessed. The service includes professional cleansing, a suitable Malibu C treatment, steam therapy, before-and-after camera assessment and a blow-dry with your chosen straight, smooth, bouncy or curled finish. It does not include cutting, colouring, removal of severe matting or treatment of a medical scalp condition. Results vary according to the condition of the hair and scalp, product and mineral build-up, water exposure and homecare. A completely clear scalp or resolution of flaking, irritation, hair loss or another ongoing condition cannot be guaranteed. Detox treatments may reveal existing dryness, damage or tonal changes previously masked by mineral or product build-up. Relevant colour services, toners, direct dyes, smoothing treatments and chemical treatments must be disclosed before proceeding. This booking is intended for natural hair. Extensions, integrated toppers and hair systems require individual suitability checks because products, steam, water and tension may affect the hair or attachment method.
