Cancellation Policy

Please select the appointment that accurately reflects your hair and the service required. Appointment times and prices are based on the length, density, complexity and additional care involved—not simply the finished length of your hair. The Standard Wash, Cut & Blow-Dry is suitable for most natural hair. Long, particularly thick or time-intensive hair must be booked as an Extended Wash, Cut & Blow-Dry. Significant changes to the length, layers or overall shape must be booked as a Restyle. Clients wearing extensions, integrated toppers or suitable hair systems must select the Extensions or Hair System Wash, Cut & Blow-Dry. This service does not include removal, refitting, adhesive removal, repairs or system maintenance unless separately booked. If insufficient time has been booked, Spectrum Hair Boutique may need to adjust the planned service, apply the appropriate additional charge or reschedule the appointment. Please send photographs before booking if you are unsure which service to select. Please arrive with your hair reasonably detangled and disclose any extensions, hair systems, scalp conditions, recent chemical services or other concerns that may affect the appointment. Severely tangled or matted hair may require additional time, a separate service and an additional charge. Spectrum Hair Boutique specialises in medium-to-long hairstyles, extensions and hair-loss solutions. Amy does not offer very short pixie cuts, barbering, skin fades or clipper-based styles. Inspiration photographs are welcomed, but results will be tailored to your individual hair type, density, condition and natural growth pattern. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean the service must be adapted or rescheduled, as appointments cannot overrun into another client’s allocated time. All appointments remain subject to Spectrum Hair Boutique’s cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and no-show policies.
