Service Description
A short repair appointment for a small, isolated issue with professionally fitted weft hair extensions. This appointment may be suitable for: • Replacing a small number of slipped beads • Repairing a loose stitch • Securing a small lifted section • Checking an area causing minor discomfort • Trimming or securing a loose thread THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: • Removal or refitting of a complete row • Multiple loose or slipped sections • Washing or blow-drying • Extension detangling or matting removal • Replacement extension hair • Correcting another stylist’s fitting • Overdue routine maintenance Upload a clear photograph showing the problem when booking. Amy will confirm whether it can be completed as a minor repair or whether a full removal and refit is required. The £45 fee covers up to 30 minutes. Additional time or work is charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
This service covers up to 30 minutes for a minor, isolated repair to weft extensions fitted or approved by Spectrum Hair Boutique. A clear photograph of the affected area must be uploaded when booking. The appointment will not be approved until Amy confirms that the issue is suitable for a minor repair. The £45 price does not include removal or refitting of a complete row, multiple loose sections, washing, blow-drying, matting removal, replacement hair, major restitching or overdue maintenance. If the repair requires more than 30 minutes, the work may be limited, charged additionally or changed to the appropriate removal and refit service. Repairs caused by overdue maintenance, incorrect homecare, pulling, cutting, attempted home adjustment, unauthorised fitting alterations or accidental damage are chargeable. Hair or fittings completed elsewhere require assessment. Spectrum Hair Boutique cannot guarantee the quality, construction, safety or continued performance of another provider’s work or externally supplied hair. Please do not glue, sew, cut or attempt to reposition the affected row before your appointment. Stop wearing the hair in tight styles and contact Amy promptly if there is pain, excessive tension, matting or natural-hair breakage. Late arrival reduces the repair time available. General cancellation and no-show policies apply. By booking, you understand that this is a maximum 30-minute minor repair and does not replace routine removal and refitting.
